The location was great. The staff were helpful, especially janet the receptionist, she was a LOVELY lady. I liked the spacious rooms.
There was no tea-making equipment in the room. I also noticed there was to be no room service. Snacks were available from machines in the lobby though.

The room was a good size I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast included basic items. The staff was cute and helpful.
My room felt dated. The bathroom was quite basic it needed some updating. The air conditioning unit was noisy even on sleep mode I had to switch it off at night.

the room was very clean and spacious. i had everything i needed, even slippers and toothpaste! the air conditioning worked perfectly. there was a large covered balcony with seating.
the continental breakfast had limited choices.

i enjoyed the spacious room provided. The communal areas offered comfortable spaces for relaxation. Breakfast was a good experience each morning. i found the pool area and bar to be quite inviting and well-kept.
I noticed that the shower pressure was slightly lower than i prefer. It was a minor issue.
